There is something I am curious about, but do not currently have the ability to test myself. So I am asking here. :3 Let’s assume I have exactly 120 Total DEX without equipping a Top/Bot. With the Top/Bot equipped (that Require 120 DEX themselves), say they add 40 DEX to give me 160 Total Dex If I Reset 10 DEX to another stat, I will have 150 Total DEX (enough to equip endgame weapon) This means I still have more than enough DEX to wear the Top/Bot. But without the Top/Bot, I wouldnt have enough DEX to even wear them! (110 Total Dex without) So, it becomes a case of the Equip helping me to wear itself... My question, Is this possible? or does it retroactively determine my DEX excluding its given stats?
I think it's better for you to list out the EQs you're saying that you're trying to equip so that people can give you advice or to answer your question. Also, what i know is, Thieves cannot reset the dex lower than 25dex, that's the lowest you can go and you have to keep 25dex unfortunately. When you're wearing the top/bottom, if you "reset" the Dex out that you needed for the top/bot, your top/bot will not be working, which means, you're actually still wearing them, but you will see that it's "red". Not sure if I'm answering what you're asking actually haha. But I hope you can figure it out
it's not possible. tried on my nl in the past. when you use an ap reset, it'll first see that you have 119 dex, making you unable to wear the top/bot anymore
ur total dex needs to meet the requirement to wear the pants/top first before their stats are accounted for. if u wanna reduce ur total dex overall, u can just downgrade ur top/bottom to hv less dex. another alternative is to use a top with a lower dex requirement so u can swap out some of ur dex gear for somethings else e.g. dex earrings for luk earrings, such that ur dex after u swap out is still enought to wear ur pants. btw i think this shld b an example of wat u talking abt: the pants arent worn cos i lack 1 dex in this case
