    Last thing you did: I personally didn't do anything, but the player Crossfade apparently used profane language and got himself a couple day ban. We use the same IP since I am living with him temporarily since I just came back from my military deployment and am waiting for my housing. He understand his ban, but could you at least unban my char?

    You cannot be unbanned since you are on the same IP as an offending player. Same thing applies if you had a family member who lived in your house that got banned on their account. Your account would be banned as well. Sorry.

    Very well. I'm used to the "one person ruins it for everybody else" concept, being military. See you in a few I guess.
