    Just tried to restart my modem for 30 seconds and i still get this message, maby try to reinstall the client ?

    I don't think that will have any effect on your connection to our server. Can you try connecting from another connection? Maybe a mobile hotspot or a Private VPN?

    When connecting to my hotspot it works fine, any suggestions on how to resolve the issue when connected to my wifi ?

    I would call your ISP and let them know you're having trouble connecting to our servers. They should assign you a new IP address. Glad we got you back online though!

    and does that mean you blocked my ip or that anything else is happening since i can connect with the client but cant login.

    what do i explain to them since they will ask with what server are you connecting ETC

    Resolved the issue by resetting my modem to factory settings. This could be a tip for futere mapelers ;)
