Looks like you were banned for hacking in september of 2019.

 

Hacking? Have no clue about that. I've never even thinked doing something like that. oh it was around end of march 2019 not 2020 when i asked for help with pin recovery. Don't remember playing much after that.

 

How do you know there's someone hacking in game if you're banned?

 

I have another account. made a char while waiting the result on main acc

 

Whole story. decided to hop back on MR after a while. downloaded game, while installing tried to log into the website. didnt remember pin/pic so had those reset before installation finished. opened game -> tried to log into main acc, failed. Because it said deleted id.thought it might have been secondary acc which is has few letters different as the other one and havent used in while. Tried the other account and got in. At which point i saw it was the secondary account. After that i started this post to get idea what might have happened and while waiting for reply i started playing on the secondary account(didnt create new account), as i had no idea that the main account was banned for hacking. Didn't mean it to look like i was evading ban or something, just didnt know about it.

 

I'll see if I can get an admin to look more into this. I'll get back to you as soon as I get more information, but for the time being, please do not play on that new account until we get things sorted out with this appeal.

 

i requested pin/pic reset on the secondary account on 31.03.2019, i remember playing with both accounts atleast few days after that. After that next was yesterday.
The account i've had years, but created new character named JackLXIX yesterday

 

Not trying to bump or anything. I just want to let u guys know how much this acc means to me. I first started playing maple around 2005, my first char was a bowman with all in str, which obviously didnt work out so well after it was pointed out to me. second was a warrior, whom i took on a ride from ellinia to orbis when i was level 15 and got destroyed by balgrogs. After that i started mage. Was real pain in the ass to train but eventually i made it to kpq, which is still my favorite. That was the char that i got highest on the gms for me. it was around 50 fire/poison named ClericCyanX or something, when they changed it to americans and europeans. Took a break after that. Tried european ms after while, didn't feel the same as it was progressing towards the ms we know today. Went away for many years. Then started dreaming about maplestory again. but it wasnt the same. tried the new. All solo no fun. Started to look private servers. First ones i joined on with hamachi or something. Then eventually i found royal, Jackpot, i found my place.I started grinding and grinding, had a feeling of success as i continued to level up my cleric. This was way before the change witch kinda screwed up the skills for a while with some update. Took me so many hours/months
to get magician to bish. I would not risk all that progress i've made for some hacks. What would i gain. I got good bish i've been working on so long, and can get mesos by leeching few hours.
