Hi there! Support Requests can only be delt with by admins, and the admins are quite busy. You haven't been forgotten, but unfortunately will have to wait until they get to it. As Stephen said in the previous thread, you are welcome to play on your other accounts and/or create new accounts in the meantime, so hopefully that can keep you entertained while you wait.
