From what i was reading there may have been some issue with ip addresses. My brother was playing the game for a few days now, with no issues. i had issues with computer updates and getting the game to run. You guys are most likely connecting from a banned recycled ip since none of your accounts are actually banned. I would try restarting your router again or try contacting your ISP to ask for a static IP address. Alternatively you guys can also use a private VPN to connect to the game if you are unable to cycle through a unbanned IP address.
