Why do you think you got banned?: I literally have no idea. I haven't played since a few weeks and have only been voting daily since then. I did go on a holiday to Spain and France, but the voting has always been from my phone (and laptop once I got home). Perhaps it has something to do with that, otherwise I am absolutely clueless. Your account was banned because you got hacked from poor security. Please go to the control panel on the main site and change all of your security information. Also, remember to never use the same information that you've used on other websites or private servers to prevent this from happening again.
Hi Shane, Thank you for your reply. Bad news sadly, but it makes sense (I truly didn't know what else it could be). I have changed all my security settings. However, to set a new PIN and PIC, I need to be able to login again. Could you guys unban me so I can enter the new information? If you selected the reset PIN/PIC options, the old ones are already gone, so all that's left is to set the new ones. Give me an hour or so and I'll unban your accounts to let you do that in game.
