    Last thing you did: I use yoohoo to buy black crystal to do mission for yooya.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Level too fast ? I level 1 to 43 in 1 days, because i buy alot orbis etc, and other quest item to level fast.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): I have no idea...

    Hi, your accounts don't seem to be banned. Have you tried restarting your router and modem to see if it resolves your login issue? If not, could you please try that and see if the login issue still occurs?
