Someone randomly traded me and gave it to me. Unfortunately I can not recall his IGN.

 

If this is the case why I am banned.. is it possible to remove the items from my account and let me play my characters? I just bought Royal Points yesterday and the ban was very unexpected. The white scrolls and chaos scrolls don’t really have any value to me but the fact I bought Royal Points do have value to me.

I only bought Royal Points? Is that seen as RWT? If yes then you should remove that option from your website.

 

And if you are indicating that I bought the scrolls with real world currency. Why would I even invest Royal Points into my account.

 

Buying Royal Points is not Real World Trade as it won't give players an upperhand, just for cosmetics.
