    All Your Character Names: legit forgot since its been a few years since i logged on
    Last thing you did: grinding? not sure
    Why do you think you got banned?: no i dea
    Ban message when attempting to log in:
    This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    What GM banned you (optional):

    I can't log in to my account for some reason, last played a few years ago. Have a lv 70+ DK on the account. I have tried
    resetting the PW and email to no avail.

    PS:
    have already tried resetting PW,PIC,PIN to no avail

    You were permanently banned for hacking two years ago. The reason you can't log into new accounts either is because you as a person are banned from the server.

    Um... i didnt hack? I just havent played in a while, could it be someone hacked into my account?

    unfortunately your account isnt recoverable due to the progress the hacker made on it prior to the ban. you're free to start over on a new account though!
