I see, thanks Bacon for the clarity - would there be any chance to appeal this ban? I was unaware I was violating the voting time period since I assumed I could vote once the server clock reset at 0:00 server time, but now in hindsight looks like the 24h cooldown period is truly a full 24-hours at the time of voting.
Vote abuse bans are mainly give for users voting on multiple accounts per day. Our admins reviewed the ban and determined that the extra votes you were doing (multiple accounts) warranted a permanent ban.
your ban is not for neglecting a 24 hour cooldown period on voting. you can vote once per day and it does reset on 00:00 server clock time. you have various other accounts that you also vote on.
