All Your Character Names: Deavon, Rolexx Last thing you did: I don't really remember it was in 2017 Why do you think you got banned?: For breaking rules Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" What GM banned you (optional): Can't remember
Yes, indeed. If I may, I’d like to share my thoughts with you. I hope you’re doing well. This message is addressed to any admin handling my case. I wanted to start by sincerely acknowledging that I broke the rules by using hacks in 2017, which resulted in my permanent ban. I fully understand why this was wrong, and I accept the consequences that were given to me at that time. It has been seven years since the incident, and during this time, I’ve reflected on my actions and regret the poor decision I made. I’ve missed playing the server and would love the opportunity to return and play fairly this time around. I understand the seriousness of my past behavior, but I’m hoping you can consider giving me a second chance. I also noticed that the game’s Terms & Conditions, under “Major Infractions,” state that in some cases, the staff reserves the right to apply a less harsh punishment. Given that I was banned immediately upon using the hack and haven’t tried to evade the ban in these seven years, I am hoping that my situation might be considered for such leniency. If you’re willing to lift the ban, I am committed to playing by the rules from now on and will happily agree to any conditions or monitoring to prove my intentions. Thank you for considering my request.
You are correct; we do have that statement in a number of places in the Terms and Conditions. However, it is not included in the Game Hacking section. This is because that statement does not apply to game hacking. Any type of game hacking is a permanent ban, and is only ever overturned if the ban was given by mistake. While we appreciate you admitting to your mistake, and I do agree people can change, we as Staff have to abide by the rules as well. I'm sorry this isn't the answer you were hoping for.
Hey, Thank you for your response and for taking the time to review my appeal. I understand that game hacking leads to an automatic permanent ban and that there are no exceptions, as per the rules. While I am disappointed, I respect the decision and the need to enforce the rules fairly for everyone. I appreciate you acknowledging my honesty and regret, and I thank you for considering my request. Regarding my appeal, I understand and accept your decision, but I would like to share a few more thoughts with you (the admins and those who manage the server). After all, you are a gaming server, and your server, in particular, brings joy to many because of the unique charm it has. I see what you’re doing as a significant mission, especially in these times when the world is dealing with pandemics and wars. I understand how important it is to offer a space like the one your server provides, where people can escape. It’s important to recognize that most of your community, at least in my opinion, consists of younger people who sometimes act out in ways that might seem like rebellion—like breaking server rules. But in reality, I believe that you could be a bit more forgiving in certain cases. If someone breaks a major rule, sure, give them a one, two or even three-year ban (if it’s extreme). I’m sure they would come back more mindful, and if they repeat the offense, you’d have a valid reason to ban them permanently. If someone crosses a serious line, like verbal or emotional abuse of another player, then yes, by all means, ban them permanently. But aside from these extreme cases, I think it’s worth reconsidering your approach to forgiveness. I understand that you have a large player base and that it might seem like it’s enough. However, there are many people out there who made mistakes in the past and are still paying for them by not being able to play on your server—the very server that might have been their best and safest escape. I can confidently say that most of those people are not who they were in the past, and I can personally attest to this regarding myself. Thank you to anyone who has read this far, and I hope you will consider my words. Wishing you a great day. Sincerely, Niki
Dear Niki, Thank you for your thoughtful and heartfelt appeal. We appreciate your honesty, regret, and understanding of our rules. Your acknowledgment of the importance of our server as a positive escape for many players is truly valued. However, after careful consideration, we must reaffirm our decision to uphold the permanent ban. Game hacking, regardless of duration or intent, undermines the fairness and integrity of our community. Our rules are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players. While we understand your suggestion for a more forgiving approach, our policy on game hacking remains firm. Temporary bans for such offenses may not adequately deter future exploits, potentially harming other players and our server's reputation. Thank you again for your appeal and for being part of our community. We wish you the best in your gaming journey. Sincerely, Dave on behalf of the Royals Staff
