    i read from other people with same problem that i might done that from vote abouse , i returned to royals and forgot the vote abouse rules , i started playing royals in 2020 and returned 2 weeks ago and most of the time i play im in the field so its around 22:00 GMT‎+3‎ and i get around 3 hours to play most of the time not the same hour and when i do i vote from the vpn (for my safety)that might couse problem
    I will really thank you if you can give me another chance, I won't be doing that anymore and if it can be not a prema ban and be a long 1 and take my nx away i would really appreciate it I apologize for the violation
    i just want to play royals again and be on watch

    You are correct. You have been banned for Vote Abuse:

    Punishment: Permanent ban.

    Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

    The Admins have gone through your voting history for the time you have been playing Royals, and have seen a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. Doing this is against the MapleRoyals ToS. The number of times you did this was severe enough for the Admins to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result of your actions.

    Hey thank you for getting back to me,I understand The violated of the ToS i have made ,it was not on purpose
    i Would appreciate if you can consider to change the ban for a long ban and delete my NX and disable my vote or any punish you can think of, i want to go back to royals even if for new start
    and also i got my friends and family accounts ban because they used my computer if you can remove thier bans please they dont deserve the ban

    please if you can consider a forgivenes i came back to royal after 4 years and forgot about about the vote rules after i played other servers, i didnt create new this accounts to only vote ,i will take any punish remove nx,items and procress i want to play again in royals , i i knew it will result in a ban i will never do it, i have account lvl 150 and 90 because im enjoy the server so much i want to go to lvl 200 ,i completely understand i wont get unbanned.
