Tim managed to get me my forgotten info and reset email etc. in the "Recover your account information" section, but hasnt answered in over 3 weeks. I suppose that isnt a right place to deal with this ban thing. Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again."
I have sent this over to our admins to verify a few things on their end as GMs do not have access to the account recovery section.
