I retrieved my account after not playing since 2021 and I can log in on the site but when I try to log in the client I get : This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection I don't know how many characters I have on my account I think one of them is called hapsnurk. I made a new account which works fine but I would like to play on my old account ALL Your Character Names: hapsnurk Last thing you did: don't recall Why do you think you got banned?: I think it has been deleted due to inactivity Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection What GM banned you (optional):
Hi there! You don't appear to be banned on our end. I checked your character and there are no bans associated with your account. It sounds like you might be connecting from a previously banned IP Address which does tend to happen every so often for some of our players. Could you please refresh your router to obtain a new one and/or keep trying until it's been resolved. Let us know if nothing changed after refreshing your IP address.
