its Fwendit / Fwendita that got banned on the same IP that you connect from for vote abuse. only the IP address is temporarily banned, your accounts are not banned.
Hi Tim, Thank you for your response. I tried to connect to my account via my mobile's WiFi prior to my appeal and got the ban message. My ban message is also different to his when connecting from my WiFi.

the device you try to connect from may be temporarily banned if its the same one that Fwendit / Fwendita last played from the ip address they last connected from is temporarily banned
