Why do you think you got banned?: No idea Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection This only seems to have affected two of my mule accounts, the others are able to log in without issue so don't think this is a dns/vpn issue (I did try to log in while on a vpn earlier, got an error message and turned it off).
Hello, Looks like your accounts stumbled upon a suspicious IP when you used your VPN and were banned by association to that IP. I have removed the bans on your two accounts and you should be able to connect again. Apologies for the disruption.
