    I haven't played for more than a year.try my password too many times.
    I have reset the password in official website Control Panel.But still can't login.
    I have others account but only this one forgot password .

    Last thing you did: I haven't played for more than a year
    Why do you think you got banned?: try my password too many times.(only ign:flamedog)
