Last I recalled having no issues playing, just got busy and stopped. Thought I'd check out old games/accounts and got this message. Not sure what happened there?
Thanks for responding to DMs. It looks like your accounts were hacked and have been banned to lock them down. Please head over here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ to work with our admins to recover your accounts. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to create new accounts to play on while you wait for the account recovery process.
