I have been active for a couple weeks, no issue. Since the new update, I am unable to login. The message I get is as in title. I am able to login to control panel, with my user, pass, pic and pin so I know I am right with it. I have done the installation as I had before, including the folder in antivirus' exclusion folder. Edit: Solved: key in first 12 characters of password.
You will be able to adjust the password length to more than 12 once they fixed it Currently still can only use 8 to 12
