"This is not a registered id" Error

Hey!! i downloaded the game today and Whenever I load MapleRoyals (which boots properly) and enter my user information correctly, I get the error "This is not a registered id. Please check again." I sign in to the website with the same login information and I get no problems with that. Am I doing anything wrong?

 

You might've downloaded the beta setup by accident. Did you download the seutp from here https://royals.ms/?page=download or here? https://royals.ms/beta/?page=download

Please provide a screenshot of your MapleRoyals folder.

There have not been any issues with registering new accounts and I can register one perfectly fine.
I am also not familiar with any reason you would get that message unless your account wasn't registered.

My suggestions is to try and register a new account, still confusing to me since if you are able to log into the control panel your account do exist.

Using certain symbols like dots causes issues when trying to log into the game client but it wouldn't give you that message, the only thing remotely similar I have seen is a person claiming it took 20 minutes before they could log into the created account.
