Solved [Solution Given] This is not a registered ID

    Where are you having an issue(s):

    In-Game

    Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT):

    Since Thursday 4/15/2021, ~13:15 (GMT)

    Details of the issue:

    I logged in fine a few minutes prior to this issue. When I tried to re-log, i got this message. The message was on all 3 of my accounts. I was able to log in fine at the control panels, just not in-game. I tried redownloading and reinstalling the game countless times already. I have updated my OS and drivers. I have tried rebooting my internet connection.

    What error code were you given(if any):

    "This is not a registered ID"

    If it can be replicated, please provide a screenshot or recording of the issue occurring:

    As the Staff are unable to replicate your situation, we suspect your game files may be corrupted

    Please try a clean install
    1) download the latest client setup
    2) uninstall/remove all current Royals folder(s)
    3) restart PC
    4) re-install

    I factory reset my PC and I'm able to login now :D
