    the ring slots are not the same

    lvl 160 3 slot

    lvl 151 2 slot

    I don't know if it's an intentional mistake.

    Actually it has nothing to do with level,
    Here is a list of rings LINK
    Silver and Good rings have 2 slots
    Moon and Star 3 slots

    This is not a bug or an issue, this is intended by design.
