All Your Character Names: AgileBeast, MadSounds, Kravit, Absentia, few more I can't remember... Last thing you did: Literally have not played for a few months so no idea Why do you think you got banned?: I do tend to be too attractive... might be it?... jk have no idea Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
I have forwarded your appeal over to our admins to verify a few things on their end. They will reply here when they are able.
its an account you created in 2016 that got banned with the same credentials as your current accounts
I see, thanks for the response! I've only been using the accounts related to the characters I mentioned. Is it possible the account I made in 2016 with the same credentials was hacked? I'd be happy to go over the active accounts I have been using, in a PM to avoid posting personal info..
I'm not sure how to respond... We're talking about almost a decade ago, and an account & character I do not know - how am I supposed to defend myself? What was the original ban reason, which other characters were on the same account and were there any ban appeals associated with that? Do you have any questions to ask me that'd give you & me some more context?
a character named skinnywhity got banned for a damage hack in 2016 you had an account with character sindit12 at that time connecting from that same connection you have recently been banned for being related to that initial ban yet again
First of all, I would like to emphasize I have been playing this game since 2016 up until now, I've always been legit since I'm too scurred to break the rules and the fact that I need to claim my innocence is highly disappointing. The claim of connection based solely on the IP address from 2016 is technically unreliable. IP addresses are dynamic and frequently reassigned by ISPs, and at that time I was living at my mother's house which had poor internet so the IP wasn't stable. Without additional technical identifiers (e.g., Hardware ID, consistent account details), an IP match alone is insufficient evidence to prove account linkage. I request detailed explanation of how these factors were accounted for in your investigation, and what specific technical evidence, beyond IP correlation, supports the ban decision. More importantly, I have no recollection or knowledge of the character "sindit12". If any connection exists, it's possible my account was compromised by the same individual operating "sindit12". Moreover, according to the T&C, associative rule-breaking applies when a player actively benefits from rule-breaking behavior by another player, but this typically refers to recent or ongoing violations. In my case, the alleged association with an account from 2016 was both historical and passive (no actions from that account directly benefited me since it was banned). I have played for 8 years (on and off), and I'm far from being a top-tier player. If I had been hacking, as alleged, my characters would be much stronger, and my in-game wealth would have been significantly greater. The fact that I've made only modest progress over all these years should be clear evidence that I've always played the game fairly and within the rules.
I need clarification on the specific credentials in question. I accessed all my accounts a year ago, which suggests 'sindit12' isn't associated with me. If there's a credential match, it's possible my information was compromised in 2016. Have you investigated potential security breaches? Can you specify how the credentials match? Is it usernames, passwords, pic/pin or email addresses? My 8 years of legitimate gameplay contradicts any implication of knowingly using a banned account. I'm willing to undergo additional verification to prove my identity and account legitimacy. Can we discuss a fair process to resolve this misunderstanding?
I understand that there may be similarities in usernames and email addresses, but I would like to emphasize that this could be coincidental. Many users across multiple platforms use variations of similar usernames and emails, which can sometimes overlap. Any resemblance in these credentials might be tangential rather than direct evidence of my involvement. I use the same password across all my accounts, and if there isn't a password match with the banned account, then it's a clear indication that it is not my account, you can check the password across the accounts linked with the following IGNs: MadSounds, AgileBeast, Kravit, HSerNotKSer, Absentia.
