I got banned for phrase

"bitch, go make me a sandwich"
"just go make me a sandwich"
"bitch, is my sandwich ready?"

If u don't want people to get harassed. then you might want to censor the word bitch with *****. but but.but, but ,but , gm kaii said if we do that then people won't report harasser for harassment now. another way to solve this is just to ignore it. if he continue to talk to u. then u make a report. But i never continued talking to her. those three phrases were made in a matter of 1 minute. after that i stopped.

Give me a break.

This server deserve better.

I like this server, don't get me wrong.

I might leave. been playing on this server for more than 2 years now. the staff has changed a lot. from being tough and smart to bias and inefficient.

what do u guys think about my ban.

I personally think if you tried this two years ago, you'd still be banned for your actions if you were reported. I recall the terms and conditions back then saying the phrase, "Don't be a dick" and well, not only have you been absolutely that to the people you claim to not have harassed, but to the GM that handled your appeal and to those who have sided against you in threads that you specifically asked for comments. You might have stopped after making those comments, but those very comments were more than enough to justify a ban as they were blatantly sexist and directed towards her.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but you don't make the rules nor is this isn't your server. You're just a player like everyone else. While I don't really approve of the way Kai treated you in the ban appeal, it is still your responsibility to prove your innocence.

 

the key term is i got reported for harassment. not for using profound language.
If i was reported for profound language, then i will take it. i do think it's a little bit too far.

For someone to report harassment. as far as i understand it has to have this criteria,

Constantly speaking to u at that manner. even though the victim warns the accuser not to.

I never bothered her after i said those three lines. which are about 10 seconds apart. and I just left and never talked to her again. and key: she never express her discomfort or satisfaction to me.

I did a harassment report a long time ago, but because the gm said you never warned them to stop talking to you in that manner. that is not bannable. so when did this become bannable?

for a player who's been on this server for 2 years. I am pretty sure most of u don't check the rules constantly, i mean seriously, (of course we know certain rules, before i was banned, it was my logic that for the report to be bannable. U have to tell the accuser to stop. or he/she will not get banned.)

I agree with your title but that's about it. Read some of your other threads about your ban, and one thing I want to say is that whatever is considered harassment/profound language is different for everyone. If you already know that this server is a SJW's safe space, you should also already know what would be considered harassment/profound language by the staff and if you want to play, adapt to it. Their server, their rules.

 

I do agree with u mostly . but what u said about me knowing this server is a social justice warrior safe space before hand is pure fiction. I did not. I am just surprised that this place has been a part of that safe space. but other than that/ I admire your insight. thank u for commenting.

 

I'm going to use this opportunity to say what I was going to say on your last two thread. I thought it was clear as to why @Kai was saying he doesn't care about your opinion of him, but apparently some people don't see it. You were clearly trying to get under his skin by saying things like "U are not qualified as a gm," and "U should resign. btw. that is not an opinion." It was obvious to me that Kai was saying that wasn't going work on him.

With that out of the way, here is my take on this.

You are absolutely ridiculous. Everything about your ban is just, and your actions thereafter reinforce the Staff's decision. Just accept it and let go.

Also, in your English posts, it helps your case when you write in coherent sentences. Not like. U know. this. Also, your use of buzzwords like 'feminist' and 'liberal' and even bringing US politics into some of your posts does not make you look smarter or more sophisticated, but actually the opposite.
