I have Spooky. I definitely don't think she's the pinnacle of feminist discourse and has made some incorrect statements but at least she's bringing attention to some of the issues in gaming communities. My post was just to say there was really no need to bring that up in this thread.
The quote in its entirety is her talking about how when she learned about systems, she started to feel that everything was sexist, racist and so on. She went on to say that she pointed out every instance of sexism and racism for a year - describing herself as very obnoxious that time - which she blamed on that people live in these systems now, and that they're not willing to accept change.
