Throwing Stars Recharge Not Affected by Claw Mastery

    Hey, tried recharging my throwing stars but my illibi only go up to 800 and no higher even though I have claw mastery maxed. Same goes for the rest of my stars as well. Its a real big hassle losing 2k throwing stars because of a bug so please fix this. Thanks!

    yea my ilbis and cilbis cant be recharged more than 800 too.. however the old sets I didn't use still at 1000 stars
