What GM banned you (optional): There is no ban as of right now ThyShameless isn't banned as of right now, but him and I both reviewed someone creating a report against him and it looks very bad on his part. So I'm providing this appeal in advance in hopes the report made against him could be dismissed. Obviously I'm not ThyShameless, I'm actually his friend. The reason I'm creating this is because he is "No longer welcome here" on the forums. As the good friend I am, Shameless came up to me with trust and politely asked me to help him make an appeal since he and I both find the report on him senseless and immoral. Here's the report created about him: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/report-on-thyshameless.78623/ Firstly, I'd like to inform you that the first Screenshot is edited/incomplete; therefore I'm requesting for it to be nullified and ignored entirely in regards to the reported offense and to not be accepted as evidence. Secondly, the reason why Shameless shouldn't be banned is because I've reviewed another offensive report that happened very recently (https://royals.ms/forum/threads/profane-language.78247/) - and in the report a GM by the name of "Dimitri" said and I quote "I consider this situation instigated by you. That being said no action will be taken here". The reason I'm mentioning this is because the reporter "Xomo" actually instigated and provoked the argument. As you can see, out of absolutely nowhere Xomo began to mindlessly tell Shameless to "Shut the fuck up" and inappropriately proceeded to call him an ugly wanker when she has absolutely no idea who Shameless is. Xomo purposely provoked Shameless with the intent of harassing him. Then to harass him furthermore, she took a screenshot to report him and hid the beginning of the conversation where she is harassing him (which is why the ScreenShot is edited/incomplete) and is intentionally trying to get Shameless wrongfully suspended without being in trouble herself. (Which by the way I find very childish.) Also, another report in the same post made by Xomo was indicating that Shameless called her "illiterate". This may be the case, however, Xomo called Shameless illiterate first provoking him and all he did was say the same thing back to her. Unfortunately, there's no screenshot of this provided by Shameless, nonetheless this can easily be looked at within the chatlog if needed. With all that being said, the invalidated Screenshot provided by Xomo, with Xomo provoking Shameless, and trying to report him for being called illiterate when it was Xomo initially calling him illiterate beforehand, as well as everything else, I strongly ask of you to please do not Ban Shameless because it was just a regrettable unavoidable circumstance. For example, if you start to harass a bouncer, do not be surprised if the bouncer reciprocates with the same nasty attitude you're giving him. It's not right to punish a player who was merely trying to defend himself. Thank-you.
