You did know it was forbidden because as soon as you picked it up, a GM told you to drop it. Since you did not drop it, I checked your inventory, saw you still had it and banned you. The ban will remain.
Explaining the facts Hello good day So... I'll try to explain everything from the beginning. Tiito is my cousin and he and I both are not the U.S. and therefore as he's only 12 years old does not understand the language very well. So come in through this trying to explain that it was just a misunderstanding. Lack of English knowledge is not an excuse for not following rules of the game. I believe a GM saying Drop Narcs is pretty universal especially if you have been playing Maple before, you know both terms. Additionally, you mentioned your cousin is only 12 years old. The Terms & Conditions of MapleRoyals states: Since your cousin is not over 13, he had no right to ever hold an account in the first place, making the agreement (and thereby his account) null and void.
Interesting is that I'm being accused of just speaking the truth... But, ok. I know one of the rules is to have more than 13 years of age, I am 23 years old and I am here to say that I take full responsibility for it in this game. So why, I believe it would not be hard you just enter the acc it, remove the item and ready, everything would be normal again... Or not ??
There is no answer to give. He did not drop when he was told to, and he is under the age of 13 so his account is invalid anyway. There is no arguing the facts.
