Fixed Time Leap

    Apparently Time Leap resets Time Leap (which is not suppose to happen?)

    time leap resets the cooldown for another bucc who has the time leap skill (according to meraku)

    therefore infinite time leap between 2 buccs

    jep 2 bucc could(nto sure if fixed yet), keep on bossing with super transformation, cause of that bug
