To remove scammers

I personally feel that scammers is not someone which we should allowed in this community as we (the hard workers) use our time, effort and hard work to earn things ourselves yet scammers get out of it easily.

I feel that we should consider having a temp then perm ban for scammers and their other accounts (with evidence that they scam), so that all maplers can enjoy our experience in maple here.

What does scam means that should be punished: bossing scam, leech scam, trading scam.

Why am i suggesting this? My friend just got scam 2 CS which she spent time and effort selling leech to earn, it results in her wanting to quit maple. If it were me, i would have quitted maple for sure even though there are lovely guildmates around. I am not sure if there is a better way to implement a system to prevent more scammers to let us have a more enjoyable gameplay.
NOTE: the one who scammed my friend is xSE7EN so i hoped something can be done
