I know that you are new around here but Yan has been a gm years before you even started playing. That said, we have checked and ran through your claims and we are just simply not convinced given your questionable gameplay which is not supported by any substantial evidence.
Your statement here clearly revealed your modus operandi in approaching your appeal, asking questions instead of answering them, shifting blames, making baseless accusations and arguing in circles around the so-called proofs which we have already mentioned was invalid.
It is unfortunate but i hope that you have at least enjoyed your time here.
