Master12w first of all, greetings. I’m having some problems changing the PIC of my account. It’s been a long time since I last logged in, and I don’t remember the PIC. I do remember the password and the PIN, but when I try to enter the Control Panel to change the PIC, it won’t let me. I get the red message from the title. Is there another way to reset the PIC? Or can an admin help me with that?
