Out of curiosity, do you have the quest 'In Search for the Lost Memory' in your quest completed tab under Temple of Time?
Well, that makes more sense, and you will likely need help from the staff as Dave had written. Basically 'In Search for the Lost Memory' is the quest to complete by speaking to your 1st job instructor and it should then allow you to complete 'Memory Keeper,' which appears to have failed somewhere. I presume you managed to complete quest 3524 without it setting quest 7081 to 1, these are a bit special as they start and end at the same time, so possibly something with the start scripts that would likely affect all classes. The staff would likely need to remove your completion of 3524 if the above ends up true, and possibly review quests 3523-3527.
I tried forfeiting and restarting quest and it worked. Sorry for the wasting of time and effort! Much appreciate you help!
