Closed "Trade Unsuccessful" for Mummy Chat Ring

    I was trying to trade a Mummy Ring Chat I got but I got "trade unsuccessful" so I tried following this to see whether the ring really was bugged.

    I put the ring in the cash shop inventory, logged out and logged back in, and sure enough it's disappeared.

    Could any GM help with this issue (debugging and returning item)? Thanks a lot!

    Update: Incident occurred at 08 November 2022 around 1:15pm UTC.
