I was trying to trade a Mummy Ring Chat I got but I got "trade unsuccessful" so I tried following this to see whether the ring really was bugged. I put the ring in the cash shop inventory, logged out and logged back in, and sure enough it's disappeared. Could any GM help with this issue (debugging and returning item)? Thanks a lot!
Please submit a claim at Character Issues, along with relevant details so that the GMs can provide you a refund upon confirmation They would need the name of the item, as well as the date/time(UTC) of the item that went missing *you may provide an estimation for the time
