Traga helm vs scar lion helm

    I been told that traga has better int stats and scar lion has better dex stats on this server is that true?

    Targa drops Targa Hat (LUK) and Targa Hat (INT). Scarlion drops Scarlion Hat (STR) and Scarlion Hat (DEX).
    The stat that is said in the name of the item has a 2 higher average base stat. So for example Targa Hat (INT) average stats would be 15/15/17/15
