Hey I'm a pretty new guy to this server, I've reached lvl 51 on my bandit and I wanted to ask about training spots. So first of I know that gs2 is good but as a bandit I don't wanna get into it cuz it's crowded and I'll probably kill slowly. I hearted I can train at voodoos_ so can anyone give me the location of them? Also how much exp are they giving?
Also is there any other place to train? Golems, PQs or anything els?
And last thing are thee any good quests that are good to do? I saw some quests that give around 30% at lvl 60.
So if any1 could make a list of training places, mobs hp and location+ quests and PQs I'd be thankful~f15

    Hey! :)

First, let me welcome you to the server and congratulate you on your awesome achievement of level 51! Secondly, this should probably have been placed in the 'Help & Advice' section of the forum, found here. Thirdly, as great as the community is here, I doubt anyone will take the time to write you a specific list of training locations, quests, mobs and their locations, and PQs. However, a bit of searching and digging on the forums can go a long way!

Guides can be found here. Check out some of the stickied guides over there and scroll through some of the pages. There's probably some more helpful stuff in there that I've missed. I've compiled a few things quickly for you, though.

    Guides:
    AP/SP and general Shadower guides.
Marty (one of the very well-known Shadowers here) is writing a guide on Bandits. Please note that it is not yet finished and may not include a huge amount of information on everything you've asked for, but check back regularly as he is updating it somewhat frequently. It can be found here.

Another seemingly okay-ish guide can be found here though.

Both of these include/will include suggested items.

    Training Guide:
I found this on a forum post. It's apparently JUST a training guide, and I would stay away from the hyperlinks within the guide. Just scroll or use CTRL+F to find what you're after. It's this one.

Note: I did not include the community training guide because, imo, it's pretty garbage and not updated.

    Monsters, their locations and items:
Monsters, their location (not always accurate here) and the items they drop (again, not always accurate) can be found on hidden-street.
Hidden-street also has quite a bit of information on quests, NPCs and items (equips and use) in general too.

    Quests:
Here is a little forum guide on quests that give good exp. It's this one. I'd like to add though, that doing quests as they come along is a BIG bonus. All the jump quests give great exp for their level and are pretty fun. Some other quests I'd recommend are all the miniboss quests.

I know you didn't specifically ask for this, but this is a little guide on quests that give good rewards. It is definitely not complete, but extensive enough. I thought that if you do decide to pursue questing, you might as well do some that give great rewards!

    Other:
This is a guide on 4th job quests for all classes.

Here's a quick guide to Alcaster's quests that you need to complete in order to be able to buy summoning rocks, all cures, etc. from him. Also, to add to that, there are quests that DO give star rocks as a reward (however I cannot think of them off the top of my head. Checking hidden-street should help though!).

A video tutorial of how to drop mesos quickly as a CB/Shad can be found here too.
Hopefully some of this has helped!

EDIT: The above poster gave you a guide for NLs, which may cause you some trouble because you're a melee class and not ranged but it is still a fantastic guide and definitely worthwhile checking out and trying some of the places. Find what works for you!
