Why would there be any question as to whether I should get the manual I collected and submitted the items for, working from the guide that was posted here?

 

Just me badly phrasing it, you will of course get it replaced, but when and how is not something I am involved in.

GMs aren't able to refund untradeable (quest) items, so you will have to wait for an admin. Bumping your thread won't help much either, we're not forgetting about it or ignoring it.
