Trolley Ban Appeal

Last thing you did: Logged off as normal after training, I think I changed a few things in my store.
Why do you think you got banned?: It says for illegal charging/funding... if that means vote abusing I don't believe I abused... I set alarms so I can vote right when 24 hours hits. I would like a better explanation as to why I was banned, and if I actually did get banned for something against the rules, it was not my intention, I apologize, and I will wait patiently until my ban is through.
What GM banned you (optional): Not applicable

Edit: Several members of the guild GURLZROOL, including NagaBrawl, were banned recently. I am NagaBrawl's friend in real life, and I frequently bring my laptop to his house. I believe that my account may have been associated with his, for I was banned for the same reason that he was. My ban is up at the exact same time NagaBrawl's is, and that time is 7:17 on 1/10/14. I feel that this is an accident.

 

Unfortunately, since your account is associated with another account that is banned, your account must remain banned until the ban period has expired.

 

Well, that is pretty unfortunate. Would you please explain why Hacker was unbanned then? We are (I guess WERE) in the exact same circumstances, the only difference being that he is friends with you guys, the GMs. Would you like me to provide evidence that I don't live with NagaBrawl? Want to see my drivers license, my birth certificate, or no how about my SSN? This bias needs to stop. I love this server and really appreciate what you guys do but the staff needs to remain professional and leave personal opinions out of the job. Thank you.

 

There is no bias. Hacker was unbanned because we were able to prove beyond a doubt 100% that he was not the perpetrator that caused his account to get banned. If you would like to submit to me yours and NagaBrawl's drivers license to prove you are not the same people, I will unban your account as well and have no problem doing so.

I will give no further information, for I have had a bad experience with giving my address or name on the internet. My father is a gun enthusiast.

Edit: It saddens me that this is what I have to do to play a game that I enjoy.

 

Unbanned. It saddens me that this is what has to be done because of players who do not follow the server's rules. We would have never had to have had this exchange otherwise.
