"Trouble logging in the game?"

    Hi, I have a problem
    When I try to enter my character
    Appears in: "Trouble logging in the game?"
    And he will not let me in the game.
    -I'm sorry English is not my primary language-

    How can I fix the problem?

    just got the same problem after getting disconnected while in cash shop.
    was in channel 8 the whole day with no issues.. please help...T_T

    I also am having the same issue. I just made my character and when I go to log into him I get the error "Trouble logging in."
