don't tell anyone the username of ur account(for the case it doesn't refer a character name) ur friend may check this thread and post his/her issue, it may help staffs look into this kinda problem but manually disconnecting a stuck character presently is not available, so ur friend likely have to wait until a server check (which will disconnect all characters from server) https://royals.ms/forum/threads/getting-the-already-logged-in-message-click-here.124442/
