Hello, I posted a few times here and I got my second account unbanned but I discovered my main account was also banned from being hacked. It says this account has been deleted from connecting to the server. I was told to post a reply and add additional info in my original support post in order to get my main account unbanned which I have done, but I haven't gotten a reponse in a few days. I just really want to get this account unbanned because it has my bishop and I need it T_T. Character names: vikszn.. there may be more characters on the account I forgot Last thing I did: walk around fm and look at my inventory then logged out Why do you think you got banned?: this account was hacked The ban message says this account has been deleted or blocked from the server I have not got any response in the support requests forum, I don't know if I have permissions denied or something? but yeah.
Hello. Unfortunately, only our administrators can see/reply to those types of support requests due to the nature of the requests. You will need to wait for a reply from one of our two administrators. They are fairly busy, but do try to reply as soon as they can (in the order they receive requests).
