Closed Trying to log in after years of quitting

    ALL my character names: to be honest, i can't really remember. but i should have a character named RedWaffles
    Last thing i did: tried to log in for the first time after years of quitting
    Why do i think i got banned: not sure as it has been years since i last played
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    Not sure how/when it happened but i don't remember being banned before i quit playing previously. Hopefully it is possible to rectify this since i do want to come back and play

    Unfortunately, it seems that your account was hacked, and was banned to prevent further damage.

    You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here:

    https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login

    We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only.

    You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here:
    https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/

    In your request, please include the following information:

    All your character names (IGNs):
    The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    Your account username (Game Login ID):
    The last time you played*:

    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private.

    Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.

    You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.

    I will be closing this report in the meantime, but you can still respond here if you have any questions.

    Hello Stephen,

    Thanks for getting back to me. Honestly, what an unfortunate situation to have happened. But I just want to have confirmation that I am allowed to create a new account and do i also need to use a new email address to prevent any unforeseen bans coming my way? I would prefer to start on a new account and stick to my new account instead of going through the process of account recovery.

    Once again, thank you for you and your team members' time for getting back to me, I do hope to hear from you guys soon.

    Since your old account was hacked, the person who got a hold of it knew all of your credentials. So I would highly recommend against using the same e-mail. Everything you use should be unique to MapleRoyals only.

    Whether you want to go through the recovery of your old account is up to you. An Admin is needed for that step, because they have to research your account, and see how much, for lack of a better word, "damage" the hacker did you your old account. If the damage is too severe, the Admin will let you know and the account will have to remain banned.

    You can start fresh on a new account in the meantime. That is fine.

    Okay, thank you so much for getting back to me. I believe that starting a brand new account would be easier for both sides, so i would do that.
