Hi all, I've been trying to register my friend for an account for the past 15 mins and it keeps saying that I'm a robot. And when it finally goes through it says that the username or the email has been taken. I suppose that the email has already been taken?? Is there a way we can reset the password or can an email be sent to my friend so that she can log in? When we try to log in it says incorrect password and we get redirected. Will appreciate any help. When you try to create an account you will need to fill in a captcha if you can't see it you might have any ad blockers that removes it. You can't have more than 1 account under 1 email so if you already have an account you need a new email for any other accounts you make. If your password is longer than 12 characters, you can't log in at the control panel and you would need an admin helping you.
