Not Bug Trying to vote and it says like i did already

    just woke up and i went to the computer to make avote
    and it the second time im trying to vote
    and it says
    You have already voted! Please vote again in 18:58:49 Hours:Minutes:Seconds

    If gtop gives you that message usually someone else has voted from the same IP as you. Try voting from a different connection.
