IGN: Ursaring Problem: Used a royal coupon & nothing was changed, it was just consumed. I also just realized that one of my RP equips poofed while moving it. (This was on tutorial island if that makes a difference.) Details: Was making a new character or whatever & was transfering items to it through the cash shop. Lost 6 RP due to my royal coupon poofing after using it & nothing changing as well as my RP cape "Kitty Parachute" disappearing as well.
did you log out after changing it, and did you notice any other type of rollback during that? (other items missing, standing in a different map, exp or mesos missing)
It was on a level 6 character & like I said in the shoutbox, all I noticed was that the characters look that I was logging onto didn't really correspond with what it looked like in game, (I had the razor on that you get later on @ like level 6 or something in game & had the standard starting out weapon in the character selection screen.) Other than that, there wasn't anything rolled back, just from what it looked like on character selection. Edit: Sorry, yes I did relog. I thought it was a visual glitch or something, so I tried relogging to refresh it or something. & noticed what I said ^
Sorry we've been pretty caught up with fixes, this was an issue related to the rollbacks that occurred for new characters. I'll change this prefix to awaiting admin action for you
It's been 2 weeks now since this was changed to awaiting admin action. Is there anything else I can do from my end?
