imo I feel like it's just spam linking twitch/ig/etc in smegas, and shouldn't be allowed. I think a couple of years ago one of my old friends had a stalking issue. Someone had found her info and posted it in disc.

    If anything, just be careful.

Yes I know the thing about *private server content* Feels like the only streams on twitch from ms is OSM. Or am I wrong? Feels like these should be taken down but they arent :o

You can link your stream in game, just please don't spam it.

Some people have been temp banned in the past on Twitch, but it has been a while since I heard of somebody getting banned. You could always stream under the MapleRoyals game category on twitch so you aren't found if they check the MapleStory section for private server streamers.

I didn't know you can't stream MapleRoyals on Twitch under the MapleStory category.

Seems to be quite a lot of OSM streamers there. Too bad there aren't any royalers streaming :(

Not supposed to stream any maple private servers as Nexon will dislike that lol

Just a matter of whether will get reported -> Twitch account might get suspended or ban

Could be wrong but I believe Nexon themselves have to report the streamer to twitch in order for action to take place. Anyone streaming maplestory I feel would just remake their twitch account and start streaming once again, which probably isn't worth nexon's time as banning streams doesn't seem to get them anywhere when they tried in the past. Its likely that they could do a purge whenever they want as more and more private servers are giving streamers more incentives to stream causing the section to flood with private servers and become a bigger problem.

I think it goes with out saying that if you have a well established channel already, you are at a greater risk and the repercussions hold more weight. When this guy (twitch.tv/ shadypenguinn) streamed a PS a while ago he got taken down pretty quickly but only received 24 hour ban.
