   why the Typhon no drop Typhon Feather??
   can fix it?? i need that items for my quest

   It does drop, just at a very low rate. You might want to add your feedback about the Typhon Feather drop rate to this thread: http://www.royals.ms/forum/showthread.php?t=6075
