Not sure if this is a bug, if it is, then it is very trivial. Today I tried to type "!!!!" into guild chat and I got an error. Error = "Command !!! does not exist or you do not have the required privileges". My message also didn't end up being received by fellow guild members.
You can't use ! at the beginning of sentence because it is used for prefacing commands. You'd get the same error if you typed ~~~~ into guild chat, I imagine.
